I really hope to read some books about Padre Pio.

Anyone familair with the writtings from and about Padre Pio ?

[MarcoPolo]

I read the book collecting his letters to his spiritual director called Secrets of a Soul. Outstanding insights. Very much a book about suffering and trials and remaining humble and faithful in the face of darkness.

I also own the DVD of the movie you linked to.

I’ve read a few biographies, but the best (I think) is “A Prophet of the People” by Dorothy Guadiose
