what is it ,please explain ,we dont know what is the origin and meaning and effects of such items ,you should be careful spiritually even if its valuable ,you soul is more important .

Deuteronomy 7:26 Do not bring an abhorrent thing into your house, or you will be set apart for destruction like it. You must utterly detest and abhor it, for it is set apart for destruction.

According to Socrates of Constantinople, when Christians were dismantling Alexandria’s greatest temple, the Serapeum, in 391 AD, they noticed cross-like signs inscribed on the stone blocks. Pagans who were present said the sign meant “life to come”, an indication that the sign Socrates referred to was the ankh; Christians claimed the sign was their own.
Wikipedia Ankh
Coptic Christians use it, part of their heritage and their Christianity.

While the ankh is a symbol from ancient Egypt, Egyptian Christians use the ankh cross as a Christian symbol.
