hey, so i was wondering…are Catholics and Pagans at all alike? do Catholics agree with them? would it be bad to marry a Pagan if you’re Catholic?

Nothing alike and you would be completely crazy to marry them their gods are at best fantasies and at worst demons.

To put it bluntly God hates paganism.

If you need to ask if Pagans and Catholics are alike, then rather than getting married in a Church I would suggest joining an RCIA program and get yourself catechised.hey, so i was wondering…are Catholics and Pagans at all alike? do Catholics agree with them? would it be bad to marry a Pagan if you’re Catholic?

Why would you want to marry someone who does not share your core beliefs? Why would you want to marry someone who may not want to raise the children up as Catholics, as you, as a Catholic, are bound to do? Can two people who are heading in opposite directions walk together?what’s the difference between a wiccan pagan and just pagan…why would it be crazy to marry one

the best thing you can do as a Catholic is marry another Catholic in the Church.
I have found that surrounding myself by as many Catholics as possible and other Christians is the best thing you can do. You will be more at peace that way.
I also agree with the other poster that you need to learn more about your faith. The more you know the more you will understand and appreciate your faith. Ask any converts that have attended a good RCIA program. I’m not cutting on anyone but the better the instructor the more value you will always get.
