Pakistan: Asia Bibi Concerned About Fate of Daughters

A Catholic woman, Asia Bibi, had been in death row for 8 years after being accused of blasphemy in this Muslim country, for having made a remark against Muhammad. The supreme court in this country has just acquitted her, but hating Muslims who want to kill her, but cannot find her after she was released, are threatening her children.

One of her daughters revealed Asia Bibli’s spiritual response to her plight now. “Despite her nightmare that is not yet over, Asia Bibi shows a faith and an extraordinary force.”

“‘This is an incredible woman! She has retained an unshakeable faith and an infinite trust in the Lord. It sounds strange but it is she who supports us in these difficult times. She invites us not to be discouraged and says that compared to what you spent so far, this is just a brief moment that will pass,’" her daughter Nadeem said.

But if not…

We need to get this woman and her family out of the country. Whether it is this year, next year, 10yrs, 20yrs, an Islamist is going to try and kill her and her family. The government may even hand her over to them.
 
I have read somewhere that Theresa May refused to grant Asia a refugee status in England.
