muslims alienate themselves. They have been welcomed into our countries and what do they do? They turn around and live in areas where non-muslims take their lives in their hands if they enter them. In France alone there are 700 ‘sensitive urban zones’ - basically areas where the government has lost control of its own country.

This has happened in India where the government is afraid of the violence so they allow the kidnappings to continue with little or no judicial actions, or police actions. Basically, it is probably because the violence is sufficient for the military to enter but everyone tries to avoid that scenario. And of course, the muslims whine that they are the victims when in fact they are not, any actions by non-muslims to try to stop their violence against non-muslims only causes their whines to escalate and that is what the news picks up on.

Yes, I am Catholic! As for trying to solve the problem, i doubt that the “Hate” will ever go away, although peace must be attempted. Israel must accept Hamas, the State of Palestine, and they must accept that they were in the wrong!. (This means a sorry) Refugees must be allowed to return and for there to be a 2 state solution. (the 1947UN partition plan would be the best bet)

As for your messages about our religion, i’m sure our god would find it most concerning that we would be violating some of the 10 commandmandments also in the bible:

I am aware that the bible does claim a holy land for the Jews, but at what price?

I was trying to let you understand that based on the Bible Israel had been the subject of God’s plan. I got your point in sympathy to the Palestinians. The 10 commandments is of course the law that was instructed to them but when you try to understand the whole story of the progression of knowledge by way of the power and glory that God has given His chosen people it is easy to note that these people had a history of hardness of their heart also. However, they had been living in the middle of its foes and understandably having war with them ever since made themselves formidable and defensively aggressive which is why they are trying to give them a message that they mean business. Their goal is peace now because for them they have succeeded in getting back the land God promised to them. When someone attacks them and say they should be wiped out from the face of earth, or not accepting their statehood, Israel will stand in its ground and no country will convince them to leave.

I welcome any peace initiative but it is up for the Palestinian people to accept Israel’s position. In my opinion, peace will be achieved but in a short while perhaps in another 10 to 100 years but it will ignite again because I do not believe this is all political. When it comes to faith, material things will not matter, besides most of the Muslims are governed by Islamic laws.

The Israel Defense Forces says this map from Hamas shows positions of booby traps and snipers in Al-Attara.

The Israel Defense Forces issued a news release Friday saying paratroopers found a map that “describes the location of explosive devices and firing positions in the middle of the civilian population in the dense neighborhood, which endanger the life of the civilians.”

“That’s what Hamas has been doing throughout the entirety of the operation – perversely using civilians as human shields,” said Brig. Gen. Yuval Halmish, officer-in-chief of Israel’s Intelligence Corps.

The IDF said the map depicts sniper positions at a mosque entrance and in nearby mosques.

It shows “the directions the snipers are aiming,” the IDF said.

The map “indicates that explosives are planted in the entrances of civilian homes.”

There are bombs planted throughout the area, including one next to a gas station.

“The important point is the disregard for human life in using entrances to civilian homes,” Halmish said.

“They booby-trapped the entrances of civilian houses with explosives put close to them,” he said.

“The objective is of course to hit our forces, but a local explosion also damages the houses of the civilians and causes great damage, and likely killing civilians,” he said.

Basically, they are setting themselves up and their listeners (brainwashed ones) to never trust anyone. Well, it is in the koran - and that is all this sheik is doing is just doing what the koran says and what mohammed did.

Now, why do we all have to believe in islam in order for there to be true peace? Because that is what the koran says. Until we either die, convert or subject ourselves to islam - they will not honor any other peaceful agreement.

And this is what our own leaders - both religious and political, can’t seem to get their heads around. They are not listening to these people, or cracking open a koran, or studying islamic history - past and present.

Everyone agrees that islam is political just as much as it is religious and then everyone goes braindead in order to take that leap forward to finding out that they all have to cross boundaries in order to deal with this violence from islam. A stealth jihad might not be as violent to begin with, but the end results are the same - which is subjugation and when that happens our lives and the lives of our children will be just as bad as any other dhimmi that has lived. And most convert out of desperation for a better life and then the moral decay happens.

Whoa! The Palestinians do want to live. However to live, they realize they have have to fight. Which is why i say they are, “by fighting” ready to die.

If they were not to fight, it would be like what Tibet is now.

Perhaps you seem to miss some essential point here. Whatever Hamas do it their choice to do so. They can choose guerilla warfare, terrorism, even conventional warfare or they can choose peace. Israel had left Gaza years ago and supplies it with water and electricity so that the Gazan may live and not die.

Whatever Hamas choose to do, Israel responds. Israel’s response is also Israel choice according to what’s best for her. What’s sickening is the whining of Muslims who complain about Israel’s response. In effect what they actually want is – allow Hamas to continue with terrorism, suicide bombing and bombing of civilians and for Israel to say ‘Thank you very much. Please do it again’.

This is all a little happy little game the Israeli’s play. The moment there is “peace” the world wont hear of Palestine. When there is peace, they will happily continue to build their security fences, checkpoints in Gaza and settlements and exclusive highways in the W.B. and further “break/partition” the Palestinians until there will be no land left.

I highly recommend you look at diagrams showing this. Eg. Barack’s 2000 offer and Sharon’s 2003 plan.

Peace will bring about the slow extermination of the Palestinian people through these means.

Should Hamas wear red coats and head to the small open fields to engage the Isreali military in single line formations? Also, Isreal did not allow foreign journalists into Gaza during the war. Why?

Isreal has given aid even in this war. Where are you getting that they are not?

And as for electricity - why should they supply it - they have had bombs lobbed at them relentlessly. Why can’t the Pals figure out how to do things for themselves and stop depending on the Israelis for everything?

After the 6 Day War, the Saudis said they would take care of the Palestinians - where are they? They have done nothing but use the Palestinians as cannon fodder. They give the families money when one of their children dies trying to kill Jews. And not a peep out of this from the world until Israel gets sick and tired of it all and strikes back. And even then hamas hides behind children and the Israelis are blamed once again.

Someone shot a bomb(s) from close around it into Israel. And as usual the hamas exaggerated the number of dead.

I can’t believe that you didn’t know this. Where are you getting your news from? You worry about a UN building with adults in it when the hamas are aiming for children’s schools, nursing homes, etc in Israel and hide behind their own children. This is the sort of logic that escapes me.

Why don’t Egypt supply it? There is no one stopping them from doing it.

Egypt has a wall and they prevent the Pals from leaving Gaza - why?

Egypt hasn’t done one darn thing except help in the supply of bombs into the Gaza area and that is where the Israelis fixed those tunnels for good. If Egypt had done something this whole thing wouldn’t have gone this far. If they would have not helped in getting the bombs into the hamas hands via the tunnels. I am sure there were other sources where the bombs came into Gaza from, but those tunnels played a big role.

Well, I haven’t written this in quite some time, but it seems that the clerics are the ‘officers’ of armies leading the jihad. HOw many mosques were caught with weapons caches in them?
