Please pray for Scott.
He is only 43, he thought he had the flu… went to the hospital… he has stage 3 pancreatic cancer.
He only has a few months to live and has a 15 year old son he adores.

Knights of Columbus is going to have a benefit for him… the poor man had just started a new job and his insurance had not started.

If you could join me in praying for him, his family and that the Knights will have a great benefit that will help the family with medical expenses.

I am praying for Scott and all the intentions you posted.
 
Father in Jesus’ name, please be merciful to Scott and his son.
Please put Scott’s mind at peace regarding provison for his family.
Please help Scott and his family to cope with the shock and grief.
Please help them to make the most of their remaining time together, and ease Scott’s symptoms as much as possible.
 
Almighty and Everlasting God, preserver of souls, who dost correct those whom Thou dost love, and for their betterment dost tenderly chastise those whom Thou dost receive, we call upon Thee, O Lord, to grant Thy healing, that the soul of Thy servant, at the hour of its departure from the body, may by the hands of Thy holy Angels be presented without spot unto Thee. Amen.
 
Lord, please help keep Scott strong in faith, hope and love and help him live and die totally united to you. Also, please help him to receive the best of medical treatment so that he can be with his family for as long as possible. May the Knights of Columbus raise enough money to provide for all of his medical expenses and help support Scott and his family throughout the illness. May Scott be surrounded by love and compassion and even be cured, if this is your will. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

I’ll also pray for Scott and all the people that are fighting cancer.
