Panic attacks and possible heart condition

I have been recently been diagnosed with panic attack disorder, but the doctors wanted to rule out an underlying heart condition, so I am hooked up to a heart tether for 14 days. Last night I was having panic attack symptoms and my heart jumped. After that I was anxious thought the evening and for sleep. THe next morning I received a call from the monitoring technician who asked me if my tether was hocked up properly. We confirmed that it was, and she let it slip that my heart stats had suddenly flipped. That freaked me out after looking online about what this could mean and triggered a massive panic attack.

Please pray that I will be cured of these panic attacks and my psychologist will be able to help me. Please pray that I don’t have an underlying heart condition. Please pray that God will help me offer up these sufferings for the good of others.

I’ve gone through what you’re going through. In my case, I had PVCs and I still do, but with medical science being what it is today, all has been under control for eighteen years.

I pray you will be OK. Relax as much as you can.

Heavenly Father, please grant me peace of mind and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like a turbulent sea. I can’t seem to find my balance so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you’ve laid out for me. I trust your Love God, and know that you will heal this stress. Just as the sun rises each day against the dark of night. Please bring me clarity with the light of God.
 
I have experienced this very thing. My cardiologist did a tilt table test to discover the condition I have. This helped him determine the proper medications to give me, and they have helped. My “panic attacks” where not panic attacks at all.

I hope your heart monitor helps determine if you do have a heart condition or not. You might ask about the tilt table test. It couldn’t hurt. It is a simple test and reveals much about your heart and blood pressure.

Lord,
Help our friend put her trust in you and rest in Jesus’ loving embrace. Give the doctors wisdom as they search for the answer and how to resolve her problems. It’s scary for her, so help her breathe very slowly deeply and calmly whenever she feels a panic attack coming. Give her patience in her suffering and send angels to comfort her and grant her, her desire and the grace to offer her suffering up for the good of others. Amen.
 
Praying that the Lord may strengthen you and heal you of your panic attacks. Also praying for a successful treatment for you.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!
