Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

May you feel the sweet presence of God and be blessed in all areas of your life.

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.
Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding
will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6,7

Good news- I went to doctor and I might not even have to go back. I feel worlds better!

I want to say that I am “cured”.

But…

With panic and anxiety the word “cured” isn’t really an option. Mental things are battles. Even if you seem cured-- it isn’t shocking for the problem to resurface (even years later).

In my case my anxiety/panic is triggered by what my doctor calls an “adjustment disorder”.

Basically, I don’t generally have anxiety/panic like with Anxiety Disorder sufferers. She is of the opinion that my condition is triggered by times of great change in my life where I have to make huge adjustments. When I think about how I had my panic attacks in 2007 and then again two years later, now, it really makes sense.

She said that I just had to get out of my “funk” and make the best of my husband’s deployment. So I started going to the gym every morning and finding new projects in the house for deep cleaning or even just moving stuff around to look nicer. I found that when I was actually making use of my time every day- my symptoms all but vanished AND I was getting a lot of benefits (loosing weight and a really nice home).

I also started reading “A Mother’s Rule for Life” and it’s really been helping me to apply my time well so that I don’t sink into depression and have panic attacks.

So I want to thank you for your prayers. I am feeling so so so so much better! I wasn’t expecting to get better so quickly! Praise God! 👍
