Panic over a bad connection

Have made wonderful progress in my psychotherapy and moving out of the bad place I have been in that you have seen me posting about here. Tonight I am stuck on some issues that revolve around a person from the past who has been a negative influence and even now I feel like he is interfering with my discernment.

Thank you so much for your prayers, that I may be able to continue to work through my issues, especially, that I make it to mass this Sunday.
 
Our Father, Who art in heaven,

Hallowed be Thy Name.

Thy Kingdom come.

Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from evil.

Amen.
 
Dear Lord please help cloudsurfer to find hope in any good in the present moment, and be able to let go of past hurts.
We all have scars from others’ or our own past actions or choices,
And from past hurts that cannot now be redressed.
Help cloudseeker, help us all, to find the best in the present moment, or in today’s good moment,
And in Your Love
 
Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

May God continue to heal you and bless you and keep you safe from all harm.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. O Lady of Mental Peace,

Mother of Tranquility

and Mother of Hope,

look upon cloudsurfer in this time

of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart

to know that God’s Love

for her is unchanging and

unchangeable, and, that

true human love can only

begin and grow by touching

His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -

which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this

same Peace into the lives

of others.
