If the Pope is not selected by the Holy Spirit, i.e. the wrong man may be elected, then doesn’t this rule out Papal infallibility?

See attached article: ncregister.com/blog/jimmy-akin/the-next-pope-will-be-gods-choice-.-.-.-right
I think if one the cardinals was only using his office to bring out his own agenda and if this Cardinal was elected to be Pope, the Church still has the right to remove him from his office if this man is trying to undermine the Church. Even Popes must subscribe to the infallible teachings of the Church so that any future Pope who decides not to can be removed from this office. I don’t know specifically if the Catholic Church gives allowance to such occurrences but in the Eastern Churches if a Patriarch is not obeying the canon law of the Church, the rest of the Church has the right to remove him from his office. I still think the Catholic Church has enough wisdom to know the difference between those who obey the infallible teachings of the Church and those who do not so that it is quite impossible in these days for someone to slip through the ranks and teach teachings that are not good. Like I said earlier even if that was possible I think the Cardinals will never allow someone to lead the Church to be different than what has already been taught.
