The qur’an was first reaveled from god onto Muhammad (pbuh) 1400 hundered years ago.Muhammad (pbuh) did not claim to be the author of the qur’an but instead said this is the word of god which was revealed onto him through the angel gabri’al (jibraeel). First of all i would like to say is that the qur’an tells you all good things, It tells you how to lead a good life, It tells you how to well treat others around you, It tells you about scientific facts which scientists recently came to find out about a few hundered years ago, It tells you about biology. If anyone understands the qur,an properly would not do anything unfair to anyone. Alot of people judge the religion by picking out black sheeps from the community and putting a bad lable on a religion which is totally wrong. If you want to recognise a religion, go to the scriptures.
Now the question is that Muhammad (pbuh) copied Mani.
Although this is not true but What difference does it make if Muhammad (pbuh) has coppied something good and is spreading peace. He did’nt teach people anything bad. I am a muslim but i was’nt followng my religion properly first and was doing alot of bad things but now that im reading the qur’an and understang the religion, i am beginning to be good, trying to be generous and kind and helpfull to other people around me (muslim or non muslim) and i’ve came to find out that we’re all childrens of Adam which means we’re all brothers and sisters in humanity. So be good to each other, Love and respect one another and do not follow the footsteps of the satan (devil) who’s leading you to no were but hell. PEACE…

The only thing is that you will not find many here who will accept that what Mohammed said was true. In Catholicism, we follow the son of God who is the Word made flesh, born of a Blessed woman (virgin), to live among us. A human like anyone of us except sin.

The earliest Catholic church writings have been written since around 60AD. Of course before that there are the Old Testament writings, which we have learned from the Jews which the Church has collected and read/analyzed and kept carefully for more than 1800 years (give or take a few hundred years).

I suggest you read up (and there are thousands of Catholic writings available). Catholic church father’s had lived purposeful lives, even died for their faith in trust in our Lord Jesus Christ, Immanuel (God with us). Please read them up too, all this info. is available. Yes, I agree there are plenty of horrid people in the world, even so called Catholics/Christians/Muslims/Hindus etc. We must work together and fight Satan.
