Atlanta, GA (LifeNews.com) – Victory and Genevieve Patterson may have been able to help their daughter find an alternative to abortion, but they say the Northside Women’s Clinic never gave them the chance. They sued the abortion business saying it broke Georgia law by doing an abortion on their daughter without their knowledge or consent.

Planned Parenthood and NARAL would like to be freed of parental notification requirements. In their view nothing, not even parents, must be allowed to stand between a minor and an abortion.

FOCA, if enacted, would invalidate parental notifcation requirements along with other abortion restrictions.
 
The story also alleges that the girl did not want the abortion - it was coerced by her boyfriend’s mother.

A great many women and girls have abortions because they are given no other choice.
