in my parish you have to be 18 to vote for someone on parish council. is that common in all parishes?
i would think if you were a practicing catholic registered at the church then you should have a vote, it cant be because “the state doesnt allow voting until 18 so we just do it that way” because in that case i would think that we would have to withhold the blood of christ to anyone under 21 because i cant see the state believing in transubstanation.
