I will be in the Gonzales, Louisiana area this coming Easter weekend. Does anyone know of a really good parish, the more traditional the better:), that my daughter and I can attend the Easter Vigil Mass?
 
Try St. John the Evangelist on Hwy. 73 in Prairieville, St. Theresa on Burnside in Gonzales, or St. Mark on Roddy Road in Gonzales.If you need directions, try checking the church website. You can also check mass times, etc. Enjoy your stay!
 
If you are willing to drive a few minutes into Baton Rouge, the Cathedral of St. Joseph does a pretty descent liturgy for Holy Saturday. I have served it many times, and found it to be spiritually uplifting.
