In all practicality, I think that ‘invincible ignorance’ scenario from the point you mention (“been given access to a literal recitation of the truth”) is problematic. Jesus says many times in his parables that he (or she) who has an ear, let him hear. And we also know from the Apostles that the word of the cross is foolishness to those who ARE perishing. Those being just a few verses in support of this point. My point being, that if you are given a full recitation and yet you still do not believe, then invincible ignorance shouldn’t apply as you have been given full means necessary to give consent to truth, but because your heart was closed to the Holy Spirit from the beginning, He could not be with you to lead you to the point of realizing what salvation is and Who it comes from. I think when it comes to salvation, the Holy Spirit is incredibly important as it is the HS that draws you to Christ, from whence salvation comes. And no man can approach the Father, except through Christ. So being available and open to the HS in the first place is of paramount importance, I would think.
