Why can’t I find a copy of this document on the Vatican website when I can find just about everything else there?
 
I can find the document at several place and I’ve got a copy. I’m concerned that when I search for this document on vatican.va there is absolutely nothing that comes up. It’s as though this document doesn’t exist.
 
It may be that CDW hasn’t bothered to post its circular letters. I was likewise unable to find Quattuor abhinc annos from 1984.

Whoops, I take that back… here’s Circolare Sulla Penitenza from 2000.

But looking at their website, it doesn’t appear they have anything before 1997, except Musicam Sacram from 1967.

It’s ok, I found a later document (from 2001) that reiterated the admonition not to use a monstrance tonight. I wanted to be on solid ground on that one.
