For some reason today, I felt that I needed to watch this. I have a few qustions.

I know in the movie you saw two women, and one man together. One of them was Mary. but who were the other two? who was the other man and who was the other women?

Why does Jesus say “why have you forsaken me?” wouldnt he have knowen he answer to that considering that he is God?

Why did God/ Jesus HAVE to die for us? I ask this knowing that its for the forgiveness of sins, but i further ask…WHY. why did our God let him self be killed? could he not just forgive us with out dieing?

The movie made me wonder about the Euchrist as well , during Mass. Is Jesus “Re-Dieing” during everymass on the Altar? when does our sins at mass get forgiven…in the begining of Mass, or when we recive the Euchrist(Venial sins only, i know)?

and finaly, probably the most important qustion…which part of the trinity is ultimatly God? is it God the Father, Jesus, or the Spirit? how can we understand the differnce between the Spirit and the Father??? Does God the Father ever interact with us here on earth, or is it the Spirt that interacts with us…like, when someone says “I felt the presence of God”…which are we refering too? how do we know the differnce?

Do i pray wrong? When i pray i always say , God…not, Jesus or Holy Spirit…im just wondering. whome is the most important out of the Trinity?(not to imply one is less important then the other, what im asking is which one has the most significnce with us?)

]John “the beloved Apostle” & Mary Magdaline.

Jesus was reciting the opening verse of Psalm 22 “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabbach Thani…”(Mk 15:34) which every Jew of His day knew by heart & the Psalm ends;" men shall tell of the Lord to the coming generation, and proclaim his deliverance to a people yet unborn, that he has wrought it!"

God can do anything, but we cannot understand everything,so He chose to become human & die for us, in order that we could understand

No! The perfect sacrifice occurred only once, for all, but Jesus is Eternal Truth & Perfection, outside of the limits of time, so we enter into the Eternal Sacrifice at Mass, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC 1367) "The sacrifice of Christ and the sacrifice of the Eucharist are one single sacrifice: “The victim is one and the same: the same now offers through the ministry of priests, who then offered himself on the cross; only the manner of offering is different.” "And since in this divine sacrifice which is celebrated in the Mass, the same Christ who offered himself once in a bloody manner on the altar of the cross is contained and is offered in an unbloody manner. . . this sacrifice is truly propitiatory."

**There is only one God! "The Trinity is One. We do not confess three Gods, but one God in three persons, the “consubstantial Trinity”. The divine persons do not share the one divinity among themselves but each of them is God whole and entire: “The Father is that which the Son is, the Son that which the Father is, the Father and the Son that which the Holy Spirit is, i.e. by nature one God.” In the words of the Fourth Lateran Council (1215), “Each of the persons is that supreme reality, viz., the divine substance, essence or nature.” (CCC 253)

**Your prayers are to God The Father, Son & Holy Spirit & He knows your love! ! “DEUS CARITAS EST! God is Love.” (1 Jn 4:8)/COLOR]

God Bless you, White Dove! Jesus Loves You!

In both Mark 15:47 and Matthew 27:56 they are mother Mary, Mary Magd… and Joses, brother of Jesus.

There are two schools of thought her 1. Jesus’s ability to communicate with God has left him a)so he is to go into hell as a human being to show us we can conquer the devil b) to show he has suffered all if not more than we can and knows our suffering and can attest to God on our behalf. 2. he was reciting psalms 22, but for me if you read it is does not completely fit.

Here I am fuzzy I thought is had something to do with Satan and a deal he made with him on the control of things on earth. Why have him killed … …I believe a sinless person had to enter Hell. He could not just forgive our sins without binding Satan to his/Jesus’s authority.

God is God alone, Jesus is part of God his only son. The holy spirit is God’s servent on earth. THe holy spirit is what guides your heart, I know it seems a simple answer but it is the best I can describe it. This is a non-catholic answer.

Jesus is who we pray to intercede for us as he has experience human life. To feel the presence of God is the sensation of joy, peace, love and union. Again hard to describe – think of the spirit of Christmas.

I know there those whom are better at real Catholic explainations, but that is what I have learned by study and reading outside of a organized church.

Hi WhiteDove. What Mark said. It was beautiful, true and accurate.

In both Mark 15:47 and Matthew 27:56 they are mother Mary, Mary Magd… and Joses, brother of Jesus.

. … . .
47 Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses saw where he was laid.
Mark 15:47
There were also many women there, looking on from afar, who had followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering to him; 56* among whom were Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joseph, and the mother of the sons of Zebedee
Matthew 27:25-26

Mark77 nailed the answer. (a small play on words. no disrespect intended)
