What happened to Passion Sunday? The Bishop, at Palm Sunday Mass, mentioned that Palm Sunday is sometimes referred to as Passion Sunday. When I was growing up Passion Sunday was the week before Palm Sunday. So what happened to it and when did it happen? Thanks!

If you go to an EF Mass, the week before Palm Sunday is still Passion Sunday, since the EF Mass still uses the old calendar.

Oh this is interesting! My mum was on about this on Sunday and I didn’t know what she was on about!

What’s an EF mass BTW?
