Pastor Terry Jones received a car for not burning Quran.

THEN he donated that car to a Jersey city shelter that helps abused women.

But unfortunately our Islamic media reported the first part and neglected the donation part!!!

Although, as I said before I don’t agree with that pastor because he gave Christians in general a bad image infront of Muslims but his donation of the car should have been reported by our media.
 
I am happy Mr. Jones donated the car, but his threat to burn a Quran was an affront to all people of good will. He leads what the web site suggests in a micro-church, but he got world-wide attention. Had the burning gone on, it would have likely led to extreme violence, leaving behind grieving families that had nothing to do with Mr. Jones or with his group. I pray his fifteen minutes of fame are over.
 
Reading stories like this…it makes wonder if the conspiracy theorists were right in the sixties about fluoridation in the water.
This whole country is having a massive nervous breakdown.

Well, I wonder when he needs another car, he will make another announcement to burn Quran to get a new one.

I agree with you, Muslims in general would not differentiate between a non-denominational church and a denominational one, all are Christians in their eyes.
 
Any large family is going to include some crazy relatives. This applies as much to Christians as Muslims. You have Al-Zawari and Bin Ladin, we have Fred Phelps and this nut in Florida. At the Last Judgment, they all will have to answer for their sins.
 
Perhaps a better thing to have done was to refuse the car, or have the dealership donate it directly to someone else who needed it.

In any case, this seems to be a case of “Look at ME” instead of “Look at THE LORD”. :rolleyes:
 
This is stupid. Someone should have kicked him in the groin for seeking attention in the first place.
 
Shame on them that gave him a car in the first place.

And donating it still doesn’t make him a good guy. 🤷 Shows how phony he is.
