Is there any patron saint to pray to for all wars in the world to end

Our Lady of Fatima.

St Michael the Archangel.

I would say Pope St. Leo (I) the Great. He was able to stop Attila the Hun from sacking the city of Rome just by talking to him. Granted, two angels with fiery swords standing behind him, but those were only visible to Attila. Also, Our Lady of the Rosary (also known as Our Lady of Victory). The Muslim (Ottoman Empire) expansion into Europe was halted at the Battle of Lepanto on October 7th,1571 (the day which would become her Feast Day).

I would also consider praying for the intercession of recently canonized Pope St. John XXIII. One of his last acts as Holy Father was to issue the encyclical Pacem in Terris (Peace on Earth), which called not only for an end to war, but also implored us to rectify the injustices that often lead to war.

St Francis of Assisi, at the height of the Crusades in which Muslims and Christians were fighting each other, went to Egypt.

He formed such a good relationship with the Muslim Sultan that the Franciscans were granted the privilege of looking after the Muslin-controlled Christian holy sites in Jerusalem such as the Holy Sepulchre.
