Patron Saint of conquering bad habits?

I’m trying to stop a bad habit of picking at my cuticles. Is there a Patron Saint of stopping bad habits? How about fingernail biting, since that’s close? If not, any Patron Saints of the Hands? And if all else fails, who is the Patron Saint of Health? 😃
 
St. Dymphna is the Patroness of those with mental/nervous afflictions. Nail/cuticle biting could fit in there 🤷🙂
