Who can help with this? I think mine is 99.9% worrying and nervousness. (married)

I would think that if it’s a mental issue you’d be best in the hands of St. Dymphna.

There are times when seeing a physician for ailments is best. JUst pray you find a good one.
Try praying to St Luke.

I don’t think that specific illness has a Patron Saint.

However I can suggest Saint Albertus Magnus, Saint Basil of Caesarea, Saint Camillus de Lellis, Saint Cosmas, Saint Damien, Saint John of God, Saint Jude Thaddeus, Saint Luke the Evangelist, Saint Pantaleon, Saint Raphael the Archangel, and Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini (all these saints are patrons of medical professionals, hospital, and healing).

Having said that, I also recommend going to a doctor. There are treatments that can fix this problem.
