No. A natural marriage is also valid and in-dissolvable in the eyes of the Catholic Church.If two non-Christians marry, however, or a Christian marries anon-Christian, that is not a Sacrament, and the union is held together by human vows, not by divine power. The Church can dispense with human vows by virtue of its power to bind and loose. Therefore, a non-Sacramental union can be dissolved, but a consummated Sacramental marriage cannot be.
