Paycheck

I had a previous about about my previous employer where my boss was a bit crazy, and terminated me because I took a lunch at 12:30pm, rather than the usual 12:00pm. Anyway, I never received my paycheck for the last week, and it’s been about 3 weeks now I think, or longer. I didn’t care much anymore, because I was just happy I found a job, but than the job I did find turned out my boss was very unprofessional as well, but just in a different way. Anyways, I’m ok and I know I’ll be fine finding a better job. But, I do want that paycheck now. If I call the EEOC or wage Union labor (I think that’s what it’s called), does anyone know how long I would have to wait to get my paycheck?

I have only had to use them once in 40 years. It was a long time ago, and took about 3-4 weeks.
