Sacred Heart of Jesus please help me with my sleeping pattern, which is out of wack again. But I need to thank you regarding my allergies I am not coughing or wheezing

I went to mass today it being the feast of Saint Anthony. At Saint Anthony’s altar I asked him to take care of my prayer partners here.

Sacred Heart of Jesus thank you for helping me, my allergies have not been bothering so much, I have not been coughing much since medication was changed

Please hear our prayers that we get though this week and that I am able to go to mass
 
Sacred Heart of Jesus please continue to be with me. I am feeling sad these past couple of days, I have been thinking about my dad. I know dear Sacred Heart , Dad is with you but its times like Father’s Day that I miss him, the most.
