Pennsylvania church vandalism

Yup, it’s real brave to spray paint under the cover of darkness.

🤦‍♀️

Let’s remember to pray for them. Pray for them to seek repentance, to find God’s love.
This happened about thirty miles from my home.

One thing crossed my mind when I read this. I am not suggesting that this happened, but could a pro-choice advocate claim “you did this yourselves, to make the pro-choice movement look radical and threatening, and to gain sympathy for your cause”? A false flag, so to speak.

And what if an abortion clinic were spray-painted in the middle of the night with slogans such as “abortion is murder” and “#chooselife”? Could we ask the same question?

Pro-choice advocates aren’t going to say any such thing here . The church in question is located near a liberal university. And nobody is going to suddenly care if a Catholic church got spraypainted. In short, those who sympathize will be the ones who were already on the Catholic side…everybody else just thinks Catholics are a bunch of overly rich, hypocritical child molesters.

As for gaining sympathy for the cause, Philadelphia is the same city that had some gay state politician running around threatening old ladies and trying to doxx minors for protesting outside a PP clinic last week, and it’s a hugely Catholic area to boot. No shortage of sympathy around here already from those who haven’t written the Church off as I said above, and no need to spray paint a church to get any.
