According to EWTN regarding Veni Creator Spiritus:

ewtn.com/library/PRAYER/VENICREA.TXT
A partial indulgence is granted to the faithful who recite it. A
plenary indulgence is granted if it is recited on January 1st or
on the feast of Pentecost.
If it is sung at the Vigil Mass this Saturday, is that considered as being “on the feast of Pentecost” since it’s not an anticipated mass, but rather a vigil for the feast of Pentecost.

I may be wrong, but I think the Mass itself is not included. I think we are supposed to recite it separately from the Mass.

The canon law and liturgical norms states that a day is midnight to midnight.
