People are praying more as a result of the coronavirus pandemic - research

One effect of the coronavirus pandemic is that it is causing Christians to pray more, new research has found.

I would hope that’s what Christians would do in a time of crisis, pray more and turn to religion.

That’s not a surprise to me. It’s natural to cry out to God in a desperate time like this.

I’ve also noticed in my town that people are enjoying (not just having, but in their yards visibly enjoying) family time more AND people are coming out of the woodworks to find ways to help needy neighbors. Even my wife and I found ourselves doing so, above and beyond the norm. (Something called “next door” .)
