Can we call Orthodox/Eastern christians “the people of leavened bread”

is it another name for them?
 
maybe only to the Eastern Orthodox as in the Oriental Orthodox communion, there is a rite that uses unleavened bread just like the Catholics

They have already been called prozymites in the past, as in ‘prozymite heretics’, so it has had pejorative uses in the past.

Probably better to not go there.
