Can someone give me a quick retort to someone (and these people are all over the place) who calls one judgmental if they dare say someone is doing wrong.

This drives me crazy when I hear this. I know we are all sinners and no one is perfect. I know I am not perfect. However did not St Paul instruct us to admonish the sinner when necessary?

Some people think anything goes and everything is gray. Personal desire and happiness make every behavior acceptable. I lose my patience when I hear this.

I cannot judge wheter or not you will go to heaven, but I sure can judge your actions.

I have seen many Catholics be judgmental. But if you feel that you are not, and someone makes such a statement, then kindly correct them and logically present your argument.

Why not just say that?

If they don’t accept that, than that’s their problem, not yours, and you just need to pray for them.

I would say, “Whether or not I am too judgmental has no bearing on whether or not what you are doing is right or wrong.”

You have to watch what you say and make sure you are knowledgeable in that area, religion, or, whatever.

But you know the two greates commandments are love of God and ove of your neighbor, so CHARITY come into play.

If it means that it is going to cause an arugument, I would just drop the whole thing and walk away from it.

I do not know if you are talking about religion (you have to excuse me, it is 3:05 am in the morning), but if it is about religion than you should be able to back up your statements with proof.

Ask, gently, why they may judge you but you may not judge someone else’s behavior? I mean why may they judge but not you? They are judging you by saying you may not judge. Makes little sense.
