Can anybody please direct me to a good source (preferably in Adobe Acrobat reader [pdf]) for the following: the Order of Holy Mass in Latin and English (preferably standard British idiom) with rubrics particularly for the faithful – when to kneel, stand, sit, sign oneself with the cross, etc?
