Where you have erred is assigning the collection of a lab specimen to “contraception” because of the article being used to collect the sample. This collection does not meet any of the criteria you have cited here.

I did not weigh in on the morality of using a condom to collect a lab specimen. I only pointed out that moral theologians dispute the morality of the act, and the magisterium has given no guidance on that point.
