An African cardinal has given married people with a spouse who has HIV/AIDS permission to use condoms.

The Lambeth Conference of 1930 gave married people permission to use contraceptives only in the most serious circumstances and look where we are now.

I dunno. Wouldn’t a spouse having HIV cound as a serious circumstance?
