Today, I spent about an hour in the chapel for PEA for a little over an hour. This is at the church where my husband is a parishioner. It was a humbling as well as amazing experience. The Blessed Sacrament was not out on the altar, but in the tabernacle.
I didn’t bring my rosary with me, as I didn’t plan on stopping in the chapel until the last minute. I had to drop off some paperwork to the church office (we are trying to get our marriage validated in the church), and decide at the last minute to go into the chapel. I fell asleep in the chapel. Not sure whether that is a good thing or a bad thing.
I plan on leaving a rosary in my car from now on. I will also need a print out of how to pray the rosary, since I have never prayed it all the way through by myself.
Also, I noticed that my knees and legs were shaking. The only way I could get it to stop was by crossing my legs. I wonder what that was about.
Anyway, I wanted to share my experience and it is something that I plan on doing on a fairly regular basis.
