We know that priests are a pure gift to the people of God. We must pray for them, cherish them and befriend them.

…prayer for Priests is one of Carmel’s intentions and a very important one… I think it takes much courage nowadays to follow a vocation to the priesthood…and I have nothing but absolute admiration and indeed fond love for those priests who persevere in what often is a very lonely life held questionable by society…as you say if a woman is seen with a priest, its oft classed an affair. With a man, homosexuality and with a child…poedaphilia!!!

God love our priests and grant them every blessing…and grant much courage to those he calls to priesthood!!!..and we hope many more.

St. Therese, Little Flower, you are “love in the heart of the Church.” You dedicated your life as a Carmelite Nun for good Priests to serve God’s people. From your privileged place in God’s Heart, I ask you to stir up responsive hearts in young men to follow Jesus as good and holy priests and religious. Bless our Church with loyal servants of the Gospel.

Renew our Church in love by igniting the love of the young men Jesus calls. We need your help, intercession, and intervention today, Beloved Patron of Priests. Amen.
