Glory be to the Father + to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit! As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end, Amen.

Oh my Jesus! forgive us our sins and save us from the fires of hell, especially those in most need of your mercy.

Prayer for Seminarians II

O Jesus, Eternal High Priest,
I offer You through Your Immaculate Mother Mary, Your Own Precious Blood, in all the Masses throughout the world, as petition for graces for all seminarians, Your future priests.

Give them humility, meekness, prudence, and a burning zeal for souls.

Fill their hearts with the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Teach them to know and love the Church, that they may always and everywhere speak, act, and think with her, the glorious spouse of Christ.

Teach them generosity and detachment from worldly goods; but above all, teach them to know You and to love the One and Only Eternal Priest.

Good Shepherd of Souls, hear this my prayer for saintly priests.
Amen.

The First Luminous Mystery: The Baptism of Jesus

Jesus descended into the waters to be baptized by John. He took up the challenge of His Father. He knew He would suffer on behalf of us and His suffering would lead to the forgiveness of sins. He knew He was king but His Throne was to be a cross.

We pray that our priests will imitate Our Lord’s humility as they do their priestly duties by accepting their challenges from God.

We pray for any CAF members who are thinking of becoming priests or consecrated brothers or sisters

We pray for more vocations.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name! Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen!

The First Luminous Mystery: The Baptism of Jesus
  1. Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with thee! Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of death. Amen.

Glory to the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, now and forever and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy.

May the Lord bless and give His Church more men and women who are devoted to His service. May He always keep His Church with those faithful to His call, and who will serve His people.
