**Vocation Prayer

O God, help us to appreciate your gifts in us and around us. May we always work to build up your kingdom, making you known in the simple, ordinary events of life.

Please send laborers into the field as priests, sisters, brothers and deacons. Help us to reconize your gifts in others. May we encourage those who are discerning a vocation to use your gifts in ministry. Help us to walk forward together, as your people, to build your kingdom.

Be with us, and bless us in Jesus’ name. Amen**

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Your name! Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
