Jerome added “full” when he translated the Greek to Latin. The English Catholic Bible is translated from the Latin - not the Greek. Thus a translation from a translation promotes a continuing and growing departure from the original.
Jerome translated the Greek into Latin as it was written in Greek so to is it written in Latin. The English Catholic Bible is translated from Latin which is translated from Greek. Your Protestant bible is the same way. Speak for yourself before you speak for others.

I did check. I checked the Greek bible. The Greek words used are not the same.

Why don’t I use your favorite version? The Douay Rheims says:

28 And the angel being come in, said unto her: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

Where do you see Gabreil calling her “queen”?

Jerome added the word “full” and now Catholics making further the assumptions saying the word “queen” must logically follow. Human logic is no way to understand God.

Gabriel calls her queen, not explictily but implistically because the Greek word used is the greeting reserved for royalty. I already explained this to you.

The woman in Rev 12: is the nation of Israel. The 12 stars are the 12 tribes of Israel. The 12 tribes of Israel did not descend from Mary. The woman in Rev 12 gives birth in pain.

The women in Rev 12 is Mary. Your correct about the stars. Mary is the Queen of Heaven and the Queen of earth. Mary could have given birth in pain. She was not immune to pain just because she was sinless. Christ was sinless and felt a great deal of pain. Mary’s own heart was pierced by a sword at Calvary.
Why is the term “queen of heaven” an issue for me?

Look up all references to queen in your Bible - then you will know. It is insulting. The term “queen of heaven” is never, ever mentioned in a positive content that I have seen.

ALL the references? Fallacy of logic, it’s called an inductive leap, making the switch from some to all. Yes in Jeremiah the queen of heaven is a pagan, but Mary was not the queen during the old testament. The king of kings was a pagan title as well. Yet it is a applied to Christ because he is indeed the King of kings. Mary is indeed the Queen of Heaven.

Because she is the mother of God, and Jesus is the king of David’s line, Mary takes the title of Queen mother because the title of Queen was always bestowed upon the mother of king as the king was allowed to pratice pologamy. Jesus’s kingdom was of heaven. Since Mary already has the title of Queen, and is Queen of Christ’s kingdom, she is the Queen of Heaven.
