Persecuted family member, stalked by someone he never harmed or dated

A close family member has been persecuted for over three years by a vicious woman though he did nothing against her. They were friends until 3 years ago, but never boyfriend or girlfriend.
She makes unpleasant phone calls regularly and drives by shouting outside his house.
He cannot change his numbers as they are also his business numbers and he is self employed, call-out repair person.
He has hung up on her vicious calls to date, but she has worn him down and he is considering responding.
I’m worried about that as she is cunning, though she does have mental issues.

She also has lied to his work contacts about him and to any friends that were mutual so that effectively he lost his friends and some business, even through he has never harmed her, though a personal connection to them both did. Why she attacks him is irrational and unfair. Yet she will not leave him alone these past three years. He wishes nothing to do with her and for him to leave him and his family in peace.

Lord I ask You to protect and free him from the unwanted, unsought calls and drive-by of this woman. Lord, please protect him against changing his policy of simply hanging up, as she is cunning enough to use anything he might say. *

**Can he not get a restraining order to keep her away ? There must be a law against this type of harassment.
But no matter what, yes, I will keep him, and his family, in my prayers.

I would like some advise. I don’t know how to handle this.

I will add him to my prayers.

He needs to go to the cops and get a restraining order against her, nobody should have to go through this.
 
Lord God, please protect, guard and guide this man who is being harrassed. Please continue to bless him with patience, understanding, anf forgiveness. I also pray for this woman-- may she realize that she is doing wrong. I pray that she seeks help for her issues and is restored to good health in mind and spirit. Amen.

St. Michael, pray for him.
St. Dymphna, pray for her.
 
In this dangerous world he really should report this to the police for his own safety and for the safety of those around him.

Praying for your family member who is being harassed and also praying that this women gets some mental help …
