Either with complete surrender to God without a secret agenda, or to keep banging yourself against a wall trying to get a certain outcome you have in your head

Probably the second one. I’ve tried the first before.

I have started to think that any answered prayer from the past must be a coincidence even though for years I would hold them as answered prayers.
