Hello,
I have a question about prayer. I have been praying for the relief of a situation in my life for six years. It is something that makes life extremely difficult at times. I have begged God for mercy, and at times believed it was corrected, only to be disappointed when it reared its evil head again.
My question is how do we discern when we are to persevere in prayer over something like the woman and the judge parable or when we are to just accept Gods answer of no as St. Paul did?
I do trust God no matter what, though my deepest desire is to be rid of this situation in my life.
Any thoughts, advice or encouragement would be welcome, and of course any prayers would be greatly appreciated.
