How we can make difference between OUR bad thoughts from our fallen nature and the devil’s thought which suggests to us. Are same thing, or how can we see the difference between a personal demonic angel and our fallen thoughts.

What is difference between a bad man and a evil man.

All humans are tempted to sin. The person that cooperates with the grace that God gives, becomes Christlike.

The Ignatian practice of Discernment of Spirits is a great tool for this exact issue. It helps us to discern the influence of both the Holy Spirit and the Devil in our daily lives, which includes our thoughts and desires. Even the Devil can suggest we do something that is objectively holy or good, but in our own personal situation would cause greater harm than good. For example if a husband and father with a full-time job is active in so much charity work through the Church that he is neglecting his family, that could be a result of the Devil. Or maybe a person feels called to attend an extra daily Mass, but doing so would make them late for work.
