As Dr. Mary Healy (professor of scripture at Detroit Sacred Heart Seminary and member of the Pontifical Biblical Commission) says, we can make up our own mysteries of the gospel to celebrate.

Does anyone know of a ‘beatitudes’ version of the Rosary? a meditation of each of the beatitudes?

The Rosary is a private prayer therefore she is correct.

The present form of the Rosary has developed over a period of about 2000 years. It is very close to perfection as it is so I will not try to reinvent the wheel for myself.

If you change the Mysteries then it is no longer the Rosary. You can call it beads for prayer or whatever but it would not be the Rosary.
I am at a loss as to why anyone would want to change it.

That is a good point. I hadn’t thought about it that way. The beads can be used for any kind of prayer. Perhaps if someone wanted to use the beads for the Beatitudes it would make sense to name the prayer The Beatitude Prayer. It would be a beautiful thing to do in addition to the Rosary. We pray the Divine Mercy with the Rosary bead. It is like calling a Rose a Rose and a Lily a Lily. Both beautiful but with different names.

The mysteries are events in Christ’s life, the beatitudes are lesson and fruit. If one chooses to, perhaps they can meditate on how a specific beatitude is connected to the mystery while praying.

That is a good idea too.
