I know a couple people in the area that do this as a buisness and make a ton of $$ doing so.

It seems I am the only one who is willing to clean up after the dog in my house and I am fed up of it. I would definitely pay for that service. I am struggling to get down to it just now and the garden is a mess. I am to ashemed of the garden to have anybody in it. I won’t even let the kids enter the garden just now. It has been so wet and miserable and I just haven’t been able to clean up as usual. I think my dh should be doing it till baby arrives.
Absolutely!!! And for a good while after bubs arrives too! Go on strike!

Tell that man that deb1 says to get off his bottom and do the yard work.😛

We had a white lab mix named Audrey years ago,
and she always basically went poo in one spot in our backyard.

BUT,
behind the toolshed-house, racoons used to poo there.
And dogs being dogs,
only God knows why many of them do this,
but Audrey used to ALWAYS run behind the toolshed-house
and roll in the racoon poo, somehow always managing to strategically get it right behind her ears.
One lady friend of our family, when she found out about that,
shrugged and said, Don’t you people put YOUR perfume
behind your ears???
I guess she was trying to be funny.
Now I live in an apartment and can’t have a dog.
But if I did, yes I would pay a few dollars a week for
yard cleanup.

well, seeing as I am homebound , DH says it’s my job to clean the house, give Ike, our basset, his insulin shots, pick up anything he throws up, & cleaning up his accidents in the house along with the “land mines” out in our yard.

Even if I am sick, he will leave the land mines outside for me to do. Thanks honey. I love u too. 😃 😃

What I don’t get is that DH was in the Navy on a sub for 6 yrs. before we met and I am sure he’s seem grosser things on humans as well as animals. I don’t know if he was traumatized as a child or during his service on the ship…just kidding 😃

Anyway, it’s my dog, my responsibility. Now, as for picking up after DH, Ike will help me w/any items he’s left on the floor after I give hubby 1 warning to put stuff in the hamper. Then whatever the dog claims afterwards, it’s his. lol 😃 😃
