As some may know, I am a committed monarchist. However as any I’m still learning and have a long ways to before cementing my ideas on all concepts of the monarchy. Does anybody know of any good philosophical tracts (preferably Classical or Medieval Catholic) on the nature of a monarchy?

Start with Aristotle’s *Politics *and Aquinas’ On Kingship. Then go through the relevant sections of Plato’s *Republic *and Hobbes’ *Leviathan *for homework problems.
