This photo of some of the millions that went to the Uganda’s Martyrs Shrine is from “Watchdog Uganda, News & Opinions.”
Some estimates say that 4 million pilgrims came to the Uganda martyrs shrine on their feast day on June 3, 2018.
The Uganda martyrs shrine, with millions going there every year on their feast day is the great Catholic shrine of Africa. The Uganda martyrs were brutally killed by a king in the 1880s soon after Christianity was introduced there. There are impressive stories of their courage and faith. After this a great wave of conversions happened in black Africa.
