I am sure everyone would love to see the photos of our parish’s sixth annual pilgrimage to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Diocese of Camden, NJ.

Beautiful 🙂 The next TLM Mass in my area is most likely to be in October. So I am waiting in keen anticipation.

Most likely a tabernacle, if you look, there are 6 candles flanking each side of it.

It is the Tabernacle. Beside it are two candelabras, one on each side.

Here’s some from Saint Mary’s:

We recently had a pair of Ordinations along with Solemn High Mass, one man was ordained to the Priesthood, while another was ordained to the Diaconate. This was a beautiful service which lasted over 2 hours. there were 10 Acolytes and 12 Clergy including the Bishop (who retired earlier this year). I sat with a friend who had bought all the vestments that the clergy worse during the service, and we wore both surprised that all of the vestments matched and that everyone was provided for.

The Master of Ceremonies was a man who survived a series of massive strokes that he had about 2 years ago. During the first few days, the doctors all said that he was going to die, then they said he was going to “be a vegetable”, then they said he would never walk again, then they said he would need a walker…

Congregations all over the world prayed for him. Jews went to the Kotel and placed his name in cracks in the wall (Palestinian terrorists actually stopped bombing the buses that were going there so they could do that). And, Although Steve still has a couple of major problems, those who don’t know him would not be able to tell that he had one major stroke, let alone a series of life threatening strokes.

If I can get or find photos of the Ordinations, I’ll post them or the links.

Your Brother in Christ, Michael

For the most part I drive my family to Mater Ecclesiae every Sunday from Mays Landing, NJ. However since my wife is 8 months pregnant with our third child it is usually just my 2 year old son and I that go there. My wife attends St. Vincent DePaul down the road from us.

There was a TLM at St. Nicholas of Tolentine, just one time a few years ago (I was the thurifer)… thanks to Fr. Hodge who is good friends with Fr. Pasley… yet he does not want the TLM there on a regular basis… no reason was given to me when I asked him about it- all he did was point me to Fr. Pasley at Mater Ecclesiae back in 2000.

You can send me a private message yet I do not think I would be able to drive to Vetnor. I would suggest you call the parish at 1-856-753-3408 to see if anyone closer to you could give you a lift. I know there is a family in Absecon who attends and that is closer to you than Mays Landing.
