Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is available as an herb, a non-caffeinated beverage (Dandy Blend), and in homeopathic form. Traditionally, it is used to help detox the liver.

Full disclosure: I work in a health food store and we have it available in all three forms.
 
Today we commemorate Bl. Karolina Kozka (1898-1914). She had strong faith and willingness to catechize to neighbors and children alike. She recited rosaries and was an ardent devotee to the Mother of God. She was killed by a Russian soldier as she was defending her purity.
