I have not read the article yet but I did type in Christian Easter on my Pinterest account and it worked. I have had many pins chosen for me for my religious boards with no problem.

I’m not a Pinterest user, but I often do searches for saint holy cards or saint quotes, and I always get a ton of Pinterest pins come up in Google image search for whatever Catholic saint I’m searching for.

In any event, this Pinterest/ Liveaction business has certainly gotten LiveAction a ton of publicity. Buzzfeed has a big article. I’ve never heard of LiveAction before today so it’s really a publicity bonanza for the group.

Project Veritas uncover the bias of Pinterest. They are focused on the pro-life aspect of it. But there are other pieces of information that raise questions also.

Pinterest is censoring conservatives for the most part, and specially pro-life.

This is the same group who came to fame by filming videos where they did amateur “sting” operations, right? I’ve never felt that lying is the way to win souls for Christ.

Live Action made itself really well-known by performing sting operations at Planned Parenthood Clinics.

This one I found pretty amusing. But depressing. But amusing.

Journalists, as well as private investigators, have been doing that stuff for years. It’s often the only way to find out what’s really going on in an organization. I wish more journalists today actually went out and did Project Veritas-type stuff rather than sitting in Starbucks cobbling together boring articles from other people’s social media posts.

I don’t think Project Veritas has the main goal of winning souls for Christ though. Its leader is a conservative political activist. It’s about the politics for them.

The interesting thing was, you could pop online anytime you wanted and see what the going rate was for fetal body parts. All it took was a Google search.

You could pop online and find the statistics for abortion by race and socioeconomic class, and read Margaret Sanger’s own documents about eugenics and getting black preachers to convince their congregations to get on board, to help eliminate “undesirables” from the population. The thing they didn’t expect, actually, was for affluent white people to get on board the train as well.

Or you could hop online and order a copy of “Hand of God” by Bernard Nathanson, who had been an ob/gyn and a founder of NARAL, who worked hard to get abortion popularized and legal in the 1960’s/1970’s, and was responsible for about 5,000 abortions himself, and about 10,000 under his supervision, saw his first sonogram in the early 70’s, spent the rest of the 70’s wrestling with what he was doing, and from late 1978 until his death, spent his life trying to undo what he had done. Or you could hop online and get a copy of Abby Johnson’s books about her time as a PP director. Or any other number of things.

Or you could read any number of undercover expose’s about youthful-looking pregnant women who would go to PP clinics and report what ought to have been rape or child abuse and “what should I do?”… and rather than calling in the authorities, they would help cover up evidence of crimes being committed.

Basically, all the sting videos really did was put out in the open everything that everyone who was paying attention for the last 20 years already knew… and even then, how much denial was circulating about faked videos?

As The Wise Bear explained to me, I was under the impression this was an evangelization group, but, they are actually a political group. It makes sense for a political group to do that sort of thing.

The Pinterest whistleblower came from within Pinterest. This was a person on the inside who saw the censorship and bias of those on power.

If you go to Project Veritas website and see the information for your selves instead of the very bias buzzfeed. Well you just might learn what really happens.

Those who say there is no bias on Silicon Valley are either a sleep or not informed of what is happening.

There is even a “war” for lack of a better word. Happening within all this platforms and conservatism. To which some left leaning sites have been casualties.

Not on the controversial sense. Just on the obvious in your face things that are happening.

I can say a lot about Huffington Post, Buzzfeed and Vox, just to name a few. In short they became Facebook clickbait and heavy biased. But now that companies are shutting down many conservatives. This has also brought down the influence that Buzzfeed, Hiffington Post and Vox, have lost a lot of revenue.

It is easy to understand for those who have followed this for a while.
