Wonder how long it will take for abortion apologists to hijack this thread into a discussion on how “unreleiable” Life Site News is.

@juliee: Is this the percentage of services or income? PP is excellent on bundling and unbundling services meaning that they will mark services if one woman goes to abortion as just 1 service, but if the same woman uses family planning services they will mark everything individually, which cannot lead into reliable estimate. Abby Johnson has said that she had to bring in certain number of money annually, and as they would go through the numbers her family planning sum might be running negative, but abortion one was always positive. Reason: abortions start from 450$ and go up as the pregnancy advances. (All the info from Abby Johnson’s various videos in Youtube.)

I believe the percentage used by the article is that of income. The way I read it, the whole point the article is making is that PP typically (and deceptively) cite that only 3% of their services pertain to abortion (thus leaving people with the impression that it is only a small part of what they do). But – as the article claims – looking at income is more telling as to where their focus is.
